Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days depending on the product. 

Shipments are processed everyday even on the weekends and holidys.  If we are experiencing high volume of orders and there is a delay.  We will contact you in regards by email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is process with a shipping label our system will then issue you your tracking number.

ModernKitchenMaker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ModernKitchenMaker.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
